Ripoff They ripped off my Elderly father who is a Great Grandfather Scammers

Aproximately a week and a half ago, my father gave these ppl his credit card & they charged it 52.00 for a subscription to LOOK at their web page, when he could not access it, he called the numbers and emailed them for a refund and was abused on the phone.

He then kept trying until he gave up and gave me the info to try and get his money back.

The very first time I called I told the woman on the phone I was calling on behalf of my Father who had emailed them as well as myself, that he wished to recieve a refund. She immediately told me that they never recieved any emails from him or me. I asked her how she would know who I was talking about as I had not even mentioned his name, then she said hold on, and put me on hold. Needless to say, I waited & waited then hung up and called back.

I again told her my father wanted a refund to his credit card account, and she said she was talking to her supervisor to see what HE wanted her to do. Then she said they could only refund 45.00 of his money.

The other phone number given to my father for help is not a working number, I assume they switch numbers frequently to keep people from being able to contact them.

No refund as of yet for my father.
