Midland Credit Mangement ripoff fraudulent report filed on my credit

I have been trying to get a home for my family and when I got my Credit Report. I found out that I had an outstanding bill with Midland Credit MGMT. I know nothing about this bill.

I called this company and they told me that I owed them a bill for a car that was repossed. I told them that I have NEVER had a car that was repossed.

I told them that the car in question was returned to the car dealer before 30 days after I bought the car. I also told them that the was broken down. The car dealer told me that because it had not been 30 days from date of purchase that it would be alright. They would take car of this and it would show up on my Credit Report. THEY LIED and turned it over to MIDLAND CREDIT MGMT. 4 yrs. Later.
