Unethical and unfair tactics ripoff

Needless to say I was 2 payments behind. So I recieved A letter form Americredit IFORMING me that I had to make the payments by the 8 of Jul, Well needless to say I sent in a payment and the check was posted on the 10 of jul. Well to no avail nothing no phone calls or anything. Mind you I was now only 1 payment behind. Needless to say on the 16 of jul I was awoke by my son that somebody was stealing the truck. Well needless to say it was a tow truck hired by Americredit to come repo the truck. But I was 1 payment behind ONLYYYYYYYYY.

Oh and our iterest rate was 19 %
