Ripoff payed 3.600 year later have levy on me N. Charelston

I have had three case workers in the last year I was on my final leg seent all financial information in to send to irs for proposal in april never heard back from them. Then recived phone call from payroll were I work they have notice from irs to garnish my wages. Calling jk harris got the famous routine your case worker is no longer with us you have new one and they will get back with you within 24 hours after finnaly receving call back was told all my financial information was going to be updated and this can take up to two weeks while the whole time the irs is garnising my wages they finnaly filed for stop of levy on wages after two weeks of garnisment havent heard back from them and the garnisment still goes on the people working for this company dont have clue on whats going on have asked to talk to supervisors reply they are not at there desk will leave them message they will get back with you with in 24/48 hours that is soooo much bullshi? Never heard back lthey were the ones filed my return opened the can of worms now I sit here getting my pay garnished this company is so misleading on how they say they will handle your tax matters they need to be turned in for misleading the public in how they conduct buisness we need to all get to gether file charges on them if any information on how I love to know
