Credit One Bank... Fraud, Rude and money Grubbing

I applied for A credit Card with this company almost three years ago, I was 18. (From what I hear, they approve everyone.) And everything went well for a little while... I made a few small purchases and paid on time Every time.

About 3 months into it however, I got my statement saying I paid late and they had added $78.00 to my bill. I called and gave them the number of the check I had written to them and they told me they would handle it... They didn't.

Not only did they cash my check but they also billed me $110.00 the next month.

I called them again, only to be told they could not help me and that I needed to call their complaint dept... So I did and No one answered. Might I remind you that at the time I had my charges down to ZERO.
So, I put a stop to paying, and got the run around. "call this number, no call this number" they would say.

About a Month later, they called me when I was in the shower, (they call you at least 20 times a day I'm not kidding! But the only reason they call is to tell you to pay) they don't help you at all!

But anyway, they called and when I came out, my 6 year old niece was sitting there crying. And my sister told me she had answered the phone and they were telling her to "quit acting" and "grow the hell up and pay what you owe" (they thought she was me)

I called them And gave them a piece of my mind and demanded to talk to someone to clear up the mess.
I'm still trying to get a hold of someone.
I feel like If I file a lawsuit it will be a lost cause.
My credit is terrible because of them and I have no clue what to do...
