This review is not so much directed towards the quality of work by Dr. Gretchen Bush. She is an excellent dentist, her only drawn back is that of her receptionist. The lack of professionalism and confidentiality displayed by this individual was enough to turn my family away from this dentist. For someone to openly discuss your account for the entire waiting room to hear is not only unprofessional but down right RUDE. This uneducated piece of trash has no right to discuss your payment agreements and demands for payment in an open forum such as this office especially in a negative and demeaning way. On top of it you go in because of tooth pain, they talk you into a root canal and before you next appointment to finish the very $ procedure you still have problems with the tooth and they end up pulling it. The real kick in the pants here is they just charged you for a root canal and then turn around and charge you for the extraction. When this point it brought up to the uneducated, idiot receptionist she basically tells you too bad.instead of say aaahhh, it should be bend over here it comes.
