I placed an order for over $100 and it has been 2 months and I haven't recieved it. When I contact them they say "it's just being shipped out of the warehouse", they told me that 3 times... Ripoff

I placed my order over 2 months ago, and have not recieved it. When I email them to inquire where it is they tell me one of two things, either, "cus of high demand for the items I ordered my order is delayed", or they say, "your order is leaving our warehouse shortly and you will be notified by email when it goes. I've been getting the same messages for 6 weeks.
When I asked for a refund because it was taking way too long, they just simply ignored my request, and resent me the same email that i've already recieved 4 times from them.
This is ridicuolous and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else!!!
