Free Line Marketing Inc ripoff unauthorized removal of money from bank account

In November, Free Line Marketing removed approximately $230.00 from our checking account without our authorization. We contacted the bank and were able to get the money restored. Free Line Marketing then contacted us by phone and promised not to remove any more money after we filled out some forms they would send us. Needless to say the forms never arrived, and in December, Free Line repeated the removal of money from our bank acoount via the phone. My husband went to the bank and explained that we did not authorize any phone removals of money from our account. The same thing happened in January, and this time, we filed criminal charges with our local police. The case
is under investigation.

In January, we received a letter from Free Line Marketing, regarding our "purchase" of some Trace It Kit. It contained a bank draft, authorizing them to remove money from our account. We attemped, again, to contact them by phone. They never answer the phone, or they are closed. We used priority mail to send a letter, certified mail, to the Philadelphia address, informing them that we did not purchase anything from them and to cease their attempts to remove money from our account. They refused to sign for the letter and we got it back this week. We plan to send a letter to the New Jersy address to see what happens.

Shortly after the letter arrived, Free Line actually had the nerve to call us on the phone and try to sell us something else. My husband was most emphatic when he told them, "No Way!" and to leave us alone, and to leave our bank account alone. We will see what happens.
