I fill like they have ripped me off. Wait they did rip me off!

I have been w/them for years, this is crazy. The ran great?! I guess not. I let some else look at the car and they find some problems!!! The wires were all ever the place, not together. First the car wouldn't start at all. Got the too another shop he got the to start, but i have electrical problems know. Becaue he open the dash board they find wires al over the place untaped, name it i'm so pi*ed. About that. Want can i do? Help me.
