I paid $ 5000 to have my engine fix, the electrical system does not work still

I took my jaguar xjs 1988 convertible to Jag Outlet, in San Luis Obispo. California. The engine had caught on fire that week due to a leak on the fuel line and burn all the electrical wires. I paid $ 5000 by check and when I got my car back, there were electrical
problems and oil leakage.

He did not use new parts to fix the car, he wrapped the wires with electrical tape and left some frizzled.

Not working still:
cruise control, window, mirrors, antenna,

There is a drain on the battery, I have purchased two new ones, and they need to be disconnected each time I stop the car, otherwise they die.

The oil leak is so bad, that I had the engine steam cleaned, and still I cannot drive the car for more that one hour, otherwise it starts to smoke, and it scares me.
