Identity Theft Scam Ripoff

I recently began receiving invoices for magazine subscriptions supposedly made by me from my former place of employment. No phone number for customer service was listed for the company so I filled out their online comment form three separate times explaining that I have had trouble with harassment from a former coworker and suspected she was behind the fraudulent subscriptions. I have yet to receive a reply. My main concern is what information someone had to give to order these magazines in my name. If she has account information or my social security number, it is incredibly pertinent that I find out so I can take proper steps to protect myself. I explained this in my emails to the company and asked them to contact me as soon as possible at my email or home phone. Despite explaining the situation to them and even threatening to contact my state's attorney general if they didn't respond, I have not been contacted by the company. Not only that, but I was notified that magazines have begun to arrive at my former residence even though I told them I no longer live or work in the area and I never ordered the subscriptions. Companies like this are what make identity theft such an easy thing to get away with and it has to stop!
