Service Technician No-Show and Nineteen Reps Across Seven States

Sears service is horrible. The service tech didn't show and we spent 5 hours with 19 reps across 7 states!
If you're lucky to get their corporate office number they block you with more service reps and only give you their 1st name this way when you try to call them back they tell you"we don't know who that person is". When you try to speak to a higherup at the corporate level they won't put you through! They frustrate you and don't care if you have a medical condition either as we found out! We intend to sue these corporate creeps for many reasons!
Sears used to have integrity but now they suck! Heed this warning and save yourself grief because if you purchase a service contract you will see what I mean!
By the way their headquarters office number is (847) 676-5788. Call them up and see if you can get past the service reps. Try and get a vice president or somebody on a high level. Their service pledge is a lie as I found out too late!
