Collection letters, fraud, scam, sleazy company Ripoff

I too, have had the same problems with this company, however, I NEVER received ANYTHING from them. I have sent them a total of 3 letters and continue to receive demand letters. As of today, I have received an Action to Collect. There is no way that this will stand, as I have never received anything from their company. If they continue to pursue, I will file action against them for defamation, among other things.in addition, I would recommend that we all file against them with the Better Business Bureau online and with the State of California. What a sleazy company.
