We ordered 100,000 bubble envelopes from Central pack and they were to be delivered in 2-3 weeks. I called them 4 weeks later and they had not even started. They eventually shipped all 100,000 but it took them about 2 1/2 months. Eventually we looked at our credit card bill and they had charged us $8554.31 to much. They repeatedly charged our credit card 3 months after the sale and delivery were done.

After I called them to get the charges taken care of they said no problem they would take care of it but nobody ever followed up or anything. It has been 3 weeks now and we have 1 credit back for $386.45. They continually say they are taking care of it but nothing has been done so we had no choice but to turn them into the credit card company for making false and unauthorized charges.

They are a terrible business, but they get you with their good prices but it is not worth the hassle in the long run.
