I did order the starter pack kit online on 1 Jan which stated the cost was $4.95 to cover S H. It arrived and then I also received another small box from them a few weeks later which I never ordered and enclosed was a bill for 69.90. I called them and they stated my membership would be cancelled and to just return the package. I sent it back. Now I get my credit card bill and see charges from Elite on it for 109.42 for the starter pack kit AND 69.90 for the refill kit. Not only unauthorized credit card charges but also false advertisement. Next stop Better Business Bureau!!
