Dishonest and illegal loan terms, fraudulent sales tax charges and extra charges not disclosed. Ripoff

My wife and I recently purchased a 2007 VW from Life Quality of Bay Ridge. After negotiating the buying price, we were told by the dealership manager that they could beat our already secured loan's APR no problem. We went home and got a call to come see them the next Monday as they were able to get a better loan for us. When we arrived the finance manager sat me down and said they had a hard time getting the financing but that they got a better rate. The catch was that I had to agree to purchase LoJack and an extended warranty. Being completely new to this, I believed him, signed the paperwork and off we went in our new car.

After getting home I took a look at the paperwork and it turns out that we were charged nearly $5000 dollars for these extras. On top of that they snuck in window etching and something called 3m bumper. Also, they charged me 9.04% sales tax (current rate is 8.375% So basically, a car that stickered for 20225 tax ($21918.84) is now over $27k.

I believe that we were taken advantage of because of our inexperience and were led to believe that we had no choice but to purchase these extras at MUCH higher than usual prices. I have since found out that that is not true and we were coerced.

I demand that the LoJack, Extended Warranty, Etch extra sales tax and whatever the 3M bumper item is removed from the finance contract and I want a new contract with the actual price of $21918.84 minus my $1000 down payment (total $20918.84) at the exact same APR we were quoted.
