Ipoff - dishonest, fraudulent charges added to financing

In February I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from Hustedt Hyundai. The price I was quoted and agreed on (with all the options chosen taxes) was $19,595. The Truth In Lending Disclosure shows the vehicle price as $24,945.00. When questioned the financial representative told me that the amount included the finance charges I would have paid over the life of the loan. He insisted that it is how New York State Law required the paperwork to be written up now (with the finance charges over the life of the loan to be added to the purchase price). He also said that should I repay the loan in full earlier the amount would be considerably less. This I later found to be false.

The General Terms at the back of the form states that the Sale Price is the price of the vehicle plus any services purchased over time. The only service I purchased is the 10year/100,000 miles service plan, which I was told cost $650.00 and a copy of which I will receive in the mail. I did not want nor agree to purchase anything else nor was I informed that I have purchased anything else.

It has been a year since I've been trying to get an explanation for $5,350 added to the purchase price of the car I purchased from Hustedt Hyundai Inc. And for a copy of the extended service plan I purchased with the vehicle for $650.00. I've written to them several times requesting a detailed written account of items/services purchased apart from the vehicle and extended service plan. I have still not received a response.

I am a single parent who works extremely hard. $5,350 - to which was added taxes and on which finance charges is added on a daily basis is a lot of money to be ripped off on. This is my fifth Hyundai car purchase and I have never had this problem with any other dealership.
I AM STILL TRYING TO GET A RESPONSE FROM HUSTEDT HYUNDAI! And a copy of the service contract I purchased!!
