Forced to quit and then accused of abandonment ripoff

For I worked for a company that was contrated to Central Transport, the terminal manager there and I didn't get along to gret because of work related volations, such as no registrations, bald tires, holes in the floor of the trailers, trucks that had been invaded by rats and never disinfected, for I had decided to quit, and with two more days to go, before I would start my other job. I was forced to quit, was told to drive this truck that had brake problems, bald tires and also the rats had ate through the cab of this thing and it was just nasty, well was told to either drive this thing or go home. I choose to go home, and then was told that I would be charged with abandoning my job, refusing a load and so forth. Now first thing is that if I no longer work for you, you can't hollar at me about your job. Second, if I'm a local worker, a 9 to 5'er, how is this refusal to pick up a load or abandonment. Since I left I have had jobs that was very interested in me until they talked to this guy, now it seems like he is still using his bully tactics to control my life
