This trucking company is the worst company i have ever encountered. They hold back 3 weeks at the beginning of employment. Then they will tell you to drive somewhere to pick up a load, and when you get there, there is another truck there from my company for the same load. When you call them and tell them about it, they tell you, the load cancelled and the other truck gets it and leaves. They dont care if you know what they have just done to you. You were just the backup truck for the other truck, incase they didnt show up or were late.
Payday used to be on friday. They went to monday, then tuesday then wendsday. After a while it was, when we can. Next thing you know, two or three weeks would go by on the words of, we will pay you tomorrow if i can.
We had to slow our miles down and refuse to leave the house until they paid us. We would call the owner about the money, and he would act shocked that we havent been paid and would tell us, he would take care of it and we would not hear from him. Couldnt get anyone on the phone or to call us back.

They use registrations on the trucks and trailers that go to other trucks and trailors. Dept of transportation is always pulling us over because of the company that we worked for. We even had a state trooper tell us to get away from them.
If we got a ticket for one thing or another due to something that was their responsibility to take care of, they are suppose to pay it, but wouldnt. So we would have to so we wouldnt be in trouble with the law.
This company has almost caused us to lose everything and so we cut our loses, and quit. We are still out alot of money that they still owe us, and we are taking legal action along with a few others against this company.
