For 3 months I have dealt with no phone service and three phones they have sent out (which none of them work) I miss my business calls which is costing me money and frustration. L have been 2 hours on the phone with them this morning trying to resolve this matter which I have spent most of the time on hold, one time over 25 min. They say time is of importance, I guess only to them not the customer. I find it appauling that all they can say is that we will send you out another phone, which we will charge you $7.00 for shipping. I have paid my bill for three months without service and they say they won't let me out of my contract. Where are the customers rights?
