We have no choice but to receive our cable t.V. From Cox. We had some problems and called to make an appointment for a repairman to come to our home. The next day, the problem no longer existed. When we called back to cancel, we learned that we might have been charged for the service call. Since we were not informed of this during the original call, my husband asked why? The customer service rep. Wouldn't answer and then hung up on my husband when he kept asking about the charge.
