Complete rip-off, changing their story, though

Our story begins the same as everyone elses - forgot cell phone, carload of kids, etc. My husband called me collect and I, like an idiot, used my check card. They charged us $25, then another $15.36.

My husband called them and was told that the $25 was a deposit to guarantee the credit card worked, and that the $25 would be refunded in 5 business days. We will see. I will watch and let you know if that happens.

Hopefully none of you were told the same thing and they did not follow through.
