Takes your money with promise of 150% return which comes from stolen credit cards

This site promises 150% return on your money to good to be true but the site invokes having a go. Problem being they steal the money to pay you by using others credit cards for a bogus ebay purchase which you are oblivious too as it comes into your paypal account as the exact amount as the 150% return. My alarm bell rang when I got a request to reply to an unauthorised credit card transaction by a payee of the amount.
