Ripoff, can't answer questions, excessive billing, fraudulent in every way

This company is so ridiculous. My problem is first the cost of tha calls. That just give a flat rate so that they are able to make money. My second complain is the customer service. I called three different times in one day and three different people told me three different things. One of them even hung up on me. I was not cursing nor angry. She couldn't really answer the question. Two people tols me that the peoblem would be taken care of in 24 hours. When those hours passed, they began to tell me 48 hours. I ask to speak with a supervisor and nobody is available. I have sent money orders and they are no where to be found. They block your phone if you do not have at least $5.00. They did this without informing me. My calls cost $3.75 but I need $5.00 to keep the phone clear. This is terrible. Last but not least, I sent a money order and wouldn't you know it is nowhere to be found. I had the correct address becaus e I have done it alot. If you pay by check it is a $8.00 fee. The other way is western union and we all know those fees are ridiculous. These people really take advantage of families wanting to talk to their love ones, because it sometimes seems no other way.
