Forced Placed Insurance charges when insurance is already in place

Mike Carlson Motor Co. Forced placed insurance on my account after my Insurance company provided them with proof of insurance coverage meeting their requirements. They charged me almost $200.00 even after my insurance company verified that I had coverage. They charged me a "processing fee" of $100.00.

I spoke to Supervisor after Supervisor and could not get it taken off my account. They would not accept my truck payment until I paid this additional amount.

These people are ruthless and make sure that they target people who don't have a lot of money to spare. They are unreasonable! They even admitted that they do this to a lot of people all the time!!!
