Rip off to the custome

This company is such a loser. We bought the house and the previous owner by mistake left the alaram on, when we opened up the door it went on. I called the company to get the code and these guys would not give us a code (nor they would help todeactivate on their side or help me find the box to turn it off with the key, they are like we don't know where that is in your housea and when i got frustrated 4 times with tech and customer support and ended up talking to the supervisor then he is like oh it is in your closet of the master bedroom), even thought the previous owner called in and transferred everything in my name and i was on the f*ing account.instead those assholes told me the only way to fix the problem is to send in a technician and charge you 400$. Ended up calling the privous owner, awesome guy, gave me the code and turned off f*ing the alarm. I hate this company and cxled my contract. I would not recommed this company to anyone.
