Poor customer service!

I've tried calling Monitronics five times to check on/alter my code, whenever they cannot assist me. Therefore Lastly, I'd a false alarm today. Our alarm went down for no cause. As well as once they named me requesting my code they did not understand what triggered it. I gave them my code, everything looked good. Well, i obtain a phone one hour and half later and also the individual stated law enforcement were on the method which there is nothing they might about this "these were delivering law enforcement for my security" Evidently there is a misunderstanding about my code and that I had no code on report. I beginning heading balastic in the man about the telephone saying I'd attempted to confirm my code about the telephone five times! Their customer support may be the toughest I've previously experienced.
