Getting Ripped Off With No Clue, Until Now! Ripoff

Well, one day my father had recieved this letter informing him that he is qualified for recieving a credit card that has a limit of $6,500.00 and it says that it can be used for many things and stating words that my father thought were true. So, my parets applied for this and it said that it needed them to pay a fee of 200.00 through their bank account. My Parents got tricked into it and i didn't know one thing about the company untill today... My parents didn't know about this being a scam untill i told them it was. So right now we are trying ou best to contact them through their cancelling hotline which is not working and noone seems to answer.
