Ripoff fraud business

I'm so mad at these company. Really, they just make it hard to trust honest business over the internet and the phone. I checked my balance yesterday after depositing certain amount. When coming home I noticed that I was missing 100 dollars of my account, so I checked my account online. I thought my deposit made last weeke didn't go through, so I went to the bank, with the same teller, to tell her something was wrong and the deposit wasn't there. She checked my account again and told me I had a 99.95 charge from a company called simple escapes from stamford.

I didn't even now what this was about, so the bank put me through with this company and they told me that this charge was made in april 19, which wasn't true, because it was registered in may 27. The thing is, this company is affiliated in some sort of way with America Online, which I had on a trial period but cancelled it just 10 days after. So they got my information from them and charge my account. They told me I should get my money back in three to five days. But anyway my bank, thanks First Union, is checking it and claiming my money.

Because of companies like this we don't trust business online or over the phone.instead of making things easier, they are just making us go waste time and money.

Don't trust America Online...
