The company someway got my account number and charged my account for a mastercard. Ripoff

I had called to check on my which i do every day. 159.95 was taken from my account with a on the internet check. I called to speak with an representative who told me the name and what it was for. I got the number which obvious it would be a pacific time difference. So, here I am writing this report on the main company who charged my account for something that I did not want nor order. I do not apply for anything on the internet over a certain amount and this one.
