Correctional billing service have been ripping me off since february 0f 2007 and i would like you to there have been alot of cut off calls and they have been taking my money and charging me for call that i didn't receive and they have alot of agents that don't know what they are doing and lieing to you about your account saying that they credit the account and didn't also they block your phone when you still have money in your account i want something done about this as soon as possible. Thank you
