Option to cancel free trial in 30 days, with no one available when you try to cancel. Ripoff

When ordering a product from Ronco, I was offered a free trial to Today's Escapes and Shopping Essentials. I accepted, solely to get out of the grips of the soliciter.

When trying to cancel through the phone numbers furnished to me, no one was ever available. I finally reported this to my bank that I had not authorized the withdrawal and they gave me a phone number which someone finally answered. They are refunding 2 payments, but refused to take responsibility for this action.

This should be against the law unless they contact you after 30 days.
