Your Savings Club - Todays Escapes - Dealmax Multiple companies under one heading take your account for unapproved monthly fees

I had submitted my account info for a one time charge of $1 for a 1 week trial of their savings club, not knowing I would have to cancel before 7 days to avoid a monthly $29.95 charge. All three of the companies charged me the $1. Then I find two charges for $29.95 on my account before I even received any trial period of services.
I contacted my bank and they said I had to contact the companies to demand refund since it was not a bank error. Thankfully, my bank was kind enough to return my overdraft fees anyway.

I am in the process of getting my money back from the companies, I just complained to them about not receiving any trials before I was charged for something I never ordered, and especially not authorized for more than ONE.

My experience so far has not been as difficult as others I have read about. I wanted to let people know there is a way to get your money back if you have the right numbers to call. Your bank should have that info with the transaction from the companies.
