Ripoff stole my debit card info from a credit reporting site

I found a charge on my bank statement that I didnt know. When i tracked down the charge It was a membership fee to todays escapes. I called them to ask them how I could have been sighned up for this. They told me that they sent an e mail to me offering me a free gas card for 25 dollars fot joining them and if i was not interested to contact them within 7 days to cancel. I do remember the e mail... I deleted it thinking that it was spam.By not contacting them to cancel they automatically charged my debit card 14.95 membership fee. I never gave them my card number and asked how they got it. They just repeated that i should have read the e mail and called them to cancel. The only time that i have ever used this debit card online was co-incidently the very same day that they sent me this offer. I had used it to purchase a copy of my credit report... Again i did not visit todays escapes site nor had i ever heard of them but they had stolen my card number from the credit report site and used it to sighn me up for their membership... But... It was all my fault you see "i should have read their complete offer for the gas card spam mail instead of just deleting it because it clearly said at the end of it that if i would like to decline the offer i had to contact them within 7 days or my membership would be chrged" this from people i never gave my info to.
