Charged my credit without my approval, never ordered anything from them

Received credit card statement yesterday, charge for $11.89 from Templates Logos & More. Never heard of the company and of course never made a purchase from them. Called the number listed on the statement, recording stated to go to nlmdesign.com. Go Daddy comes up, never heard of them either. Called my card company and they put this into dispute, removed the charges and canceled my account number. Now I have to start with a new account number because of these people. Told my card company I checked them out on the internet and came across complaint, told them what I read and they said no problem with removing the charge.
