Unauthorized charges to my account ripoff

Bank of America has been taking out at least $38.00 a month for credit card protection that I hade never purchased they put it in between the finance charges and do not call it crdit card protection so it looks like a finance charges.

I found out when I closed this account and there was a charge on it I wrote at least six letters before getting any kind of response from them I ask them for proof that I agreed to this and they can't give me any except saying I spoke to someone over the phone which is bull. I nver purchased it and I don't have this kind of protection on ANY of my credit cards.

I asked them to credit me for the charges since this was NOT authorized and never heard back from them I sent them ANOTHER letter on March 15 to see if I get any response. I want my money back since I did not purhcase this they have no proof if they did there would not be an issue I didn't see this sooner becuase like I said it looks like a finance charge at the bottom of the page they are pretty slick doing this but I'm not paying for something I never wanted can you help me and direct me to the correct people that need to be contacted for something like this since it is the credit card company doing the fruad.
