CSI Card Processing LLC, Bank Of America N.A., Visa BOA - Ripoff on Visa card $800 taken since Oct They refuse to refund

In October I validated my new Visa card issued by Bank of America.

Hidden in the validation website " mynewcard.com " is an automatic subscription for Credit Card Protection. I was unaware of this as I was only following instructions on the tape-tab on the credit card.."Card Must be Validated" Call or go Online to complete.

Since then over $800.00 has been taken and in December I finally realized that what I thought were finance charges were actually charges for CSP Plus. I called and and tried to get an answer and got a merry runaround, I finally got through and got a cancellation number about Dec, 20th. I wanted my money back. They supposedly started an investigation which was stated to take 15 to 20 business days. To find where and how I got signed up.
Further calls were to no avail and they deferred all information.

BOA was notified on Jan 8th, 08 according to CSI and it took until Today Feb 29th for a written response.

Denied... Said that I had signed up online. They also had upgraded automatically to a higher rate in March 0f I was not aware of this.

Partially due to this nonsense My account has been over limit numerous times due soley to CSI charges hidden in the bills. Each time costing more and more and causing a credit record and previously clean history to become corrupt at my expense.

Letter was signed "computerized" Harry G Lomax, Senior Vice President.

Bank of America rips off consumers as a matter of business... Their agents just make things worse and worse.

Consumers Don't have a chance to survive doing business with these people.

The feds need to sit on them all very hard... Usary and Theft... Legal???
