Scammed by phone sales person, Charged over $200 on $1.00 introductory offe

Was contacted by phone sales person. Was told introductory offer of $1.00 and cancel at anytime offer. Cancelled after first shipment. However, received 2 shipments and was charged over $200.
When I called 800# for customer service was treated rudely and told they could do nothing. The 800# representative was only an answering service NOT a representative of Cigarrest. When you email their customer serrvice you are promised a response. I have sent emails since Feb 14th to no avail.
