Zip Advantage? Some credit card co. Took my $ out of my bank, w/out my permission, & is now giving me the run around on refunding, and wants to charge me to do that

I did not put in any bank information on this card site. I don't know how they did it. They debited my money from my bank and won't refund.

I don't believe I was even on this site. I'm totally baffled by all of this.
