Inadvertingly omitting information, Unprofessional finance practices

Hi! My name is Euly and I purchased a 2004 VW Passat 2/3/07. While filling out and signing the finance papers, my finance representative had an amnesia attack and forgot to tell me about certain costs that was being added to my bill, that made it appear like I was getting a real deal. Just sign here and just sign there and never an explaination of the untold fees. But the only deal I recieved was an inflated finance bill, which I am in the process of trying to resolve.

When brought to their attention, as I spoke to several managers all they could say was that you signed this and you signed that. Even when explained to them, how can you charge something to someone before you reveal the cost, is fraudulent in my opinion. I was charged for things not knowing the costs and became part of the final finance work.

If the people of Koeppel Volkswagon have to stoop to these type of tactics to acquire commissions then maybe they need to be reported to the news media to have the entire country know of their shady salespeople. If I can not get satisfaction from these individuals then I will try to contact Mr. Koeppell and if that does not work then I will sue them for the difference in question.

As an consumer I would like to know where are the honest individuals and not the few who make it bad for the rest.
