Employment Scam, broken promises and no pay ripoff

I was offered a position at Client Logic and on the first day of training they offered a sign on bonus of $330.00 to be paid every 30 days for a 90 day period. Well it is day 65 and still no sign on bonus. Every supervisor, coach (manager) and HR point the finger at someone else and we are still waiting.

Oh there is more. The training is inadequate, the trainers do not train on the product that you are to support, they just tell the rules of the company and that if you mess up you will be fired. Then you get thrown on the phones and end getting screamed at by customers and supervisors. Very demoralizing.

Still more. The system crashes at least once a week or more, during that down time, associates cannot read a book, cannot surf the web, cannot do anything or you will get written up. It is a very controlling work environment.

They like to promote people without degrees so that upper management can control the coaches and walkers on the floor, if you have an education they don't want you.

The lack of organization is amazing! No one knows what the other is doing, there is no set agenda and people are duplicating efforts each and every day. This also is true of the company policies, no set policy is in effect and not only does it change constantly, but the memos that they send out to enforce the policies are often misspelled, wrong grammer and yes even words that don't exist in the dictionary. (If only the shareholders knew).

Most of management cannot answer a basic customer service question and if you ask three different people how to solve a problem, you will get three different answers.

Watch out, the money, the frustration and the lack of professionalism are the reasons the place has such a high turn over rate.

Be very careful, I am just waiting for my sign on bonus and then I am outa here. I will keep you posted.
