Masonite Hardboard Siding Settlement
Illegally removed my name from claim based on the word of a co-claimant ripoff

I am a co-claimant on a class action lawsuit settlement in which I am entitled to monies resulting from defective Masonite Hardboard Siding installation. All procedures were followed correctly and I was awarded a settlement. I have been a named and documented co-claimant for several years with correspondence to corroborate such.

At some point prior to July 1, I was fraudulently, negligently and illegally removed as a co-claimant by Masonite Hardboard Siding Settlement. Upon removal of my co-claimant status, Masonite paid the entire claim to the only remaining claimant on file for the property.

Masonite never attempted to verify my desire to be removed or, in my case, lack of desire to be removed nor informed me of the removal of my status as a co-claimant.

Masonite will no longer correspond or discuss the claim issue with me as they have in the past, because I am, according to Masonites records, no longer a co-claimant. Masonites removal of my name as a co-claimant has monetarily damaged me and placed undue hardships on me.

I have forwarded correspondence to Masonite requesting documents and made numerous phone calls in an attempt to resolve this issue, but Masonite declines to reply or discuss the matter.
