My they charged me for something i did not order ripoff

I went on there web site to find out about this item I saw on an info commerical. When I saw what they wanted to charge I changed my mind and never completed the order. This was back in Dec, now I see they charged my credit card 47.94. This is totally rediculous how can they be allowed to do this, with unaware consumers. This is against the law and these people need to be stopped.
