False advertising, no total given until credit card charged

I saw a tv ad for the lil reminder which is a recording device to record short messages. The offer was $9.99 for 1 plus get another one for free. Shipping and handling of $6.99 for each one. According to my addition that should be a total of around $24.00.

I went to their website to order this. I entered my credit card info and then after being told my credit card had been charged for a total of around $52.00. I have contacted the company a couple of times via email with no response. Their phone number is automated of course.

If i would have known that the amount would be that high, i wouldn't have ordered. I just wanted to let everyone else know to watch out when ordering this item
