Company charged me twice for one item and refused to refund me

I placed an order and recieved it. I realized that they had used my incorrect credit card. I gave this first card to them for something else. I changed the card and they said they would transfer charge to that card. I received item and then they proceeded to never credit my other card. So essentially I was charged twice. They would not understand that they charged me twice and refused to credit my account. The supervisor called me and she was as bad as the workers. They were inept at any understanding of what happened. They said they would ship me another item and I could return that and then they would credit me. I will see if it works. I obviously cancelled any further business with these people. It amazes me that these people still have jobs when there are so many intelligent people looking for work.
