Ripoff Mother has taken child support for over a year while children have lived with me

Here's a good one Dad's tell me where is the justice in this! I have paid all my support for over 9 years at $15,500 taxed dollars a year. I had no problem paying this as I did not want my children to be neglected. I also kept them for 3 months every summer, never to see a dollar.

In November I learned from my mother who talked to my ex-wifes' husband that my oldest son had failed two grades and my youngest son had failed one grade. I then suggested that the boys come to Alabama to live with me to see if I could help them. The first thing I did was get my oldest son professional counseling and learned that he has ADHD. The money for the doctors has come from me and my mother who is desperately trying to help us.

Well she agreed to send the childsupport back to me to help with the children. Needless to say that she has sent nothing. I have given the State of Alabama over 18,500 dollars in support since my sons have lived with me. According to my children who had visited her for a couple of days last summer. She had turned "their" room into a home gym, helped her new husband by a Corvette and she has 2 new jet skies and a new Saturn car. All the while neglecting the children. To boot my oldest daughter turned age of majority in November. She is still getting over $400.00 a month in support for her.
I filed a lawsuit to gain full custody in May. Since then, my lawyer (sad sack) whom is very incompitent I now find out has been stalling just to milk me for more money, along with this my ex's lawyer has been doing the same thing.

I have borrowed against my 401K and taken bank loans just to try to help me keep my creditors at bay.
Not only is she hurting "our" children, she is making my 2 step children suffer. During the last year I have worked over 350 hours overtime to try make this money up.
It is now starting to take a toll on my mental and physical health. I do not know how much longer I can hold on. If you think that there are no Dead beat back stabbing good for nothing, worthless mothers out there, you are sadely mistake.
