Dcfs - Noel Carr
Dcfs (noel carr) home wrecker, dishonst man, liar, very disresectful, mental abuse, physcal abuse! Ripoff!

Noel carr works for department of children family services, he came into my life when my oldest child turned my family into the school and the school called dcfs. My oldest child has been out of control for about 6 years now. It all statrted when she was about 8 years old and she is 14. I have done everything for this child to get help for this child, counseling, medications, hospitals, calling police, nothing works. Anyways my oldest daughter thinks she dont have to do anything you ask her to do she thinks she is her own boss.

Well one day she was fighting with her sister like always and threating to beat her sister ass, my boyfriend yells from the room no one is going to kick anyones a*. My oldest daughter tells my boyfriend F* you... Well he chased her into her room, and when i walked in her room he was just holding her down asking her way she was being this way. Then i pull him off she runs outside and starts beating the wholeing hell out of herself in the face then goes to school and states that my boyfriend punched her. BULL!!!

So noel carr comes in and talks to all of my children of course. He threated my 14 year old first of all and tells her if she dont say something bad happened he was talking her and all her sisters away from me. So of course my oldest daughter makes up this big story how she got a bruise on herface even thow she did it to herself.

Then noel carr gets a hold of my 6 year daughter, now my 6 year old daughter doesnt belong to my boyfriend but i have been with him for 5 years and thats the only dad she knows, but noel gets to talking to my 6 year old and asked her who he real dad is she said glenn, he said no your real father she states glenn, so that did nothing but confuse the child so now she is crying and dont understand why glenn isnt her father, and thats mental crulety because noel carr had no right to tell any child who is or its there father.

Noel carr is a liar! I dont care that he works for dcfs that gives him no balls to do what he did to me and my children. Now i have been going to court for 3 months now and it isnt over yet. But this is why children all over the world act out and get away with it because of dcfs. You cant do or say anything to your child any more because if u do then someone will end up calling dcfs on you, this is what i have to go through and for what???

All i ever did was be a good mother and gave my children the best step dad in the world. I want to sue noel carr for what he did to me and my children if anyone out there reads this and knows of anyone else that was mistreated when it came to dcfs please email me and tell me your story.
