Total scam! Not even a phone number to talk to a human! Ripoff

Well i didn't think it would come to this. About 3 months ago i recieved a phone call from columbia house and they told me free cd no obligation. I should have known better. I got my cd and imediatly wanted to cancel the service b/c I had heard they were a scam from a co worker. Well they certianly were right. First of all there is no phone number at all to this place. I talked to my lawer and he said he wants to talk to the company in person. So i am screwed. I emailed them to complain about the 58.80 dollars they think I owe. There little letter they just sent to me says they have contacted me numerouse times. Total lie! No snail mail and certianly no phone calls! This is the first bill i got. When i got that first cd I snail mailed them a letter saying basically thanks but no thanks I don't want you cd's. I asked them in my letter if I needed to return the cd i got. They never sent anything back to me so i assumed this would not come up againe. Well 3 months later they want 58.80. I work in cutomer service for a multi million dollar company and if we did bussiness like this myself and all my co workers would be fired on the spot. I don't understand how they can get away with this and still be a company. I want to take this to whatever level I need to so my credit isn't destoyed from these scumbags! Please help me!
