Ripoff ripoff business from hell Worldwide

AOL has charged my credit card for accounts I never opened, I never gave permission for any other accounts to be opened. I was trying to close an account which they say I never called so the account never got closed but 3 more were opened and charged to my credit card. I never opened any other accounts or did I give my permission for my card to be used for anything I wanted my account closed. I am not paying over the limit fees on my card and am getting threats of collection from aol I have called, e-mailed (never to get a response) have gotten nowhere even after the first call you think they would have at least closed the accounts in question. Nope they just kept charging till they couln't do it anymore. I have been told I would not get any credits on my card because I am the one who said it was o.K. To do.

I never said o.K. To anything I just wanted to close my account. And so aols tells me now its my fault an I have pay for things I never asked for. I can't get anywhre with anyone there I have gotten nothing but crap and have been denied the right to speak with supervisiors. Etc. I am so upset and frustrated with this situation I don't know what to do or where to go I can't even go down and talk to anyone in person. All I have been able to do is cry. I have gotten so mad but have not been able to do anything about it so all I can do is cry this is not fair I can't afford this I am a single mom trying to stay afloat and things like this don't make it easy for me to do.

Every time I see or hear an aol comercial (which is every 3 minutes) I wonder where they get all that money for advertising "my and your pockets" and they say they are #1 well when you take everyone who tried your business sure you will soon have enough Money to be #1. I really need help getting somewhere if not for my money back then at least to get some of this frustration off my chest They need to be exploited and have everything put out on the table for the world to see just how crooked they are.
