Payment for Services, Just keep getting the run around

I was contacted by Sox to perform a signing for them on Oct 9. I completed the signing and to their instructions, invoiced them on Nov 1. A check for payment was then to me mailed out to me on Dec. 1. As of Jan. 8 I have not received payment for services. I have attempted to contact them several times, just getting the run around.
